If it is your first shop you will need to register with us. Don't forget to give us your email address so we can send you weekly emails jam packed full of offers, information on new ranges and the latest trends.

We promise to deliver your clothes within 2 to 5 days (Embroidery items will take up to 14 days). Our delivery charge is only £3.95, no matter how many items you order.

If you're not completely satisfied returning your garments is easy. Just pop your items back in the bag with the returns sticker over your address label and drop it off at the post office or in a post box - there's no need to queue!

There is no need to pay postage. For convenience we’ll simply deduct £2 from your refund as a contribution to postage and handling costs no matter how many items you return. Alternatively you can return garments to any Tesco store that sells clothes for free. Items marked with a *can only be return to the PO Box on the returns label.
