It's really simple to order your clothes online and collect from your local store

What is Click and Collect?

It's our new service that allows you to buy clothing online and pick it up in a participating store. This service is available for all items except school embroidery.

How quickly can you get my order to store?

Orders placed by 3pm today are ready to collect in store from 4pm tomorrow. Orders placed after 3pm or on a Saturday will be available from 4pm two days after the order is placed. For example you should expect your order to be in store on Tuesday for orders placed after 3pm on Saturday. Some exceptions do apply e.g. deliveries to Northern Ireland may take longer. Stores indicated with * in the list below will take 1 more day than stated above. Of course, we will also email you when your order is ready to collect.

How do I get an item delivered to store?

Once you have added all your items to your shopping basket online, simply select 'Collect from Store' as your delivery option at checkout. You'll be asked to enter your postcode to select the store most convenient for you to collect your order

Which stores can I collect from?

Currently you can collect from 688 stores. We hope to introduce Clothing Click and Collect to more of our stores in the near future. See below for a full list.

Where will I find my order in store?

Your order will be delivered to the Collection Point in store.

What do I need to collect my order?

You will need your order confirmation email and a form of photo ID to pick your order up from the Collection Point at your chosen store.

How long will you keep my order?

We will keep your order for 14 days from the date your order is ready for collection so you can pick up your clothes at a time to suit you.
