If any of our products fall below the high standards that you expect, you can cancel your order up to 28 days after receiving your item. Simply return the item to us with its original packaging for a full refund. Alternatively, you can return the item to us in any secure packaging. We will refund the selling price of the items and deduct a £2 contribution to the return cost.
