Delivery Options

UK Standard Delivery: £3.95

Standard UK delivery is £3.95 or free when you spend £50 or more (after all other promotional discounts have been applied).

Most orders will be delivered in 2-5 days, although some areas may be slightly longer; see here for details.

UK Next Day Delivery: £5.00

For when you don't want to wait! Order before 3pm (Sunday to Friday) and we'll do our best to deliver it the next day. Saturday orders should be delivered any time on Monday. We're sorry but we're unable to offer a next day delivery service for our stores in Northern Ireland and some other outlying UK postcodes. We're sorry but we can't deliver on Bank Holidays.

If you pick next day delivery we'll send you a text message to confirm the delivery day. If the day doesn't suit you, pick another day from the list we give you. Text back to let us know and we'll deliver it when you want.

UK Click & Collect : Free

Don't want to wait in for a delivery? With Click & Collect, you can pick up your order from your chosen store — and if you order before 3pm, you could collect it the next day.

If you order online before 3pm Sunday to Friday, your order will be ready for collection from 4pm the next day. Orders placed before 3pm on a Saturday will be available for collection from 4pm on Monday. Please note that deliveries to stores in Northern Ireland and some outlying areas may take longer.

We will hold your order for collection at your chosen store for 14 days. When you come to collect your items, you will need to bring your order confirmation and payment card
with you.

Please note that the Click & Collect service is not available for School Embroidery orders.

International Delivery

We are now able to offer customers in over 20 international destinations the opportunity to order and buy clothing online; for full details including shipping costs, delivery times and to see the latest delivery destinations, see our International Delivery information.

What if I order Uniform Embroidery?

Our Uniform Embroidery delivery is free (for embroidered items) and automatically applies at the checkout. Uniform Embroidery is a special order UK service and delivery can take up to 14 days. If you've also ordered non-embroidery items, we'll deliver these separately and you'll pay only for the Standard or Next day delivery you have chosen.

How will my items be delivered?

All our items are delivered direct to your door between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday.

What if I'm not in to receive the delivery?

Our couriers will try to deliver your parcel to you at your door. If you'd like us to leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a secure place, just let us know when you place your order - you can tell us in the delivery comment box at the bottom of your order summary page. We'll drop a card through the door to let you know where we've left your parcel.

If you're not in when we arrive with your delivery, we'll leave a card to tell you we've called. We will normally deliver again the next working day. If this isn't convenient for you, just call the number on the card and we'll arrange an alternative delivery day.

Once we have delivered your parcel we will automatically update your order status on your account. To track your order online, go to 'My account' and click on 'My order history'.

If you select UK Next Day delivery we will send you a text message to confirm the delivery day. If this next-day delivery does not suit you, just text back your preferred day from the options provided and we will deliver your parcel when you want.

Is there anywhere you don't deliver to in the UK?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO addresses and the Channel Islands; we may restrict other postcodes at our discretion and we will advise you of this before your purchase.

Delivery Delays:

We always aim to deliver your order on the day you want. Unfortunately, there are times when an unavoidable situation means this can't happen. We promise we'll always attempt to call you to let you know if there's a problem.
