Summer 2015 Clubcard Boost

You can exchange every £5 of your Clubcard vouchers for £10 of Boost tokens to spend at F&F online.

How do I boost?

  1. Click 'Boost now' - this will launch the Tesco Clubcard Boost website in a new window
  2. Enter the quantity of Clubcard vouchers you would like to boost, then click 'Add to basket'
  3. Click 'Clubcard checkout' to complete
  4. You will receive two emails: one confirming your order number, the other providing your Boost token code/s
  5. Shop F-F.com and enter your Boost token code/s at checkout
Boost now Your Clubcard Vouchers can be boosted until Sunday 13th September and your F&F Boost token code/s must be used by Sunday 13th September.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Clubcard Boost code is not working, what should I do?

Your order value should be at least the value of the Boost Tokens (after any discounts have been applied and excluding delivery charges); otherwise the code will not work.

Also, please check that the eCoupon you are using is a Clubcard Boost Token and not a standard Clubcard voucher, and that it is for F&F online only. The code may also not work if you copy and paste it, so please try typing it in exactly as it is shown on the eCoupon. The F&F Boost token will begin with CCB followed by a mixture of numbers and letters.

How do I use my Boost tokens at F-F.com?

After you have followed the 5 steps above to exchange your Clubcard vouchers for Boost tokens, simply add items to your bag as normal and click to checkout.

Once you're in the checkout, underneath the delivery address section there is a button labelled 'Use Promo Code'.

Click the button to access the promo code page and follow the instructions carefully to enter the Boost token code/s you received in the second email.

Please enter your Clubcard Boost token code/s after any other promotional codes to ensure the correct discount is applied.

Why will I receive two emails after I boost my vouchers?

You will receive two emails: The first email confirming that you have boosted your Clubcard vouchers and the second email providing your Boost token code/s to spend online at F&F.

Please ensure you enter your Boost token codes in the checkout; entering your order number from the first email will not work.

How do refunds work if I boost my vouchers?

  • By credit or debit card - we'll refund your money back onto the same payment card. Refunds normally take three to five working days (but may take up to 14 days) to show in your account from when we receive the item(s) back.
  • By Boost - We'll refund you with online (store) credit for half the value of the item (the original Clubcard voucher value). This is applied to your F&F account for you to use on a future order.
  • By part credit or debit card/part Boost - We'll refund you two separate refunds. In the first, we'll refund your money back onto the same payment card. In the second, we'll refund you for half the value of the item (the original Clubcard voucher value). The refunds normally take three to five working days (but may take up to 14 days) to show in your account from when we receive the item(s) back.
