Corporate Responsibility

Our mission
At F&F, we aim to be the world’s leading, affordable fashion retailer. We want to delight our customers with the quality products they love, sourced from suppliers we are both proud to work with and with whom we work in true partnership. We are a global brand, and we want to be a force for change in both reducing our social and environmental impact and confronting head on the challenges facing the fashion industry now and in the future.

Ethics and environmental issues are as important to us as they are to our customers, which is why we have made social and environmental targets integral to the way we work.

Our values
Ethics and environmental issues are as important to us as they are to our customers, which is why we have made social and environmental targets integral to the way we work. Our approach to fashion is based on a number of core beliefs:
  • Improving lives through commerce
  • Helping people to help themselves
  • Building partnerships based on shared, traceable standards with our suppliers
  • Continuously monitoring and reducing our environmental impact

But beliefs mean little without actions. In order to achieve our aims, we have set ourselves targets and partnered with national and international programmes that help us work more closely with our suppliers and other brands. The problems facing the fashion industry cannot be solved by a single company so these initiatives are crucial for progress.

Our latest campaign
CoppaFeel! #Brahijack campaign

F&F is proud to support the CoppaFeel! #Brahijack campaign, reminding women (and men) to check their breasts regularly.

CoppaFeel! are on a mission to stamp out late detection of breast cancer. The charity ensure that you know the signs and symptoms of breast cancer, know what your breasts look and feel like normally, check your breasts regularly throughout your lifetime and have the confidence to see a doctor if you notice anything that doesn’t feel right for you.

With the aim of installing a new healthy habit that could one day save your life, this is the perfect opportunity to remind you to check your breasts regularly to make sure that everything is as it should be. The reminder comes in the form of a little ribbon label sewn in with the care instructions on a range of our F&F bras.

Case study – CoppaFeel! Founder Kris Hallenga

Kris Hallenga founded CoppaFeel! after she was misdiagnosed at the age of 23. When she was eventually diagnosed with breast cancer, it had spread to her spine and was at stage four. There is no stage five.

The charity was born out of Kris’ story to educate young people so that they would be better informed. Too many people are diagnosed at stage four which is unnecessary. Early detection means more effective treatment and better chance of survival.

CoppaFeel! is a registered charity in England and Wales (no. 1132366) and Scotland (no. SC045970), which was set up in 2009.
