You can exchange every £5 of your Clubcard vouchers for £10 of Boost tokens to spend at F&F.

How do I Boost?

  • 1. Click 'Boost now' - this will launch the Tesco Clubcard Boost website in a new window
  • 2. Enter the quantity of Clubcard vouchers you would like to Boost, then click 'Add to basket'
  • 3. Click ‘Clubcard checkout' to complete
  • 4. You will receive two emails: one confirming your order number, the other providing your Boost token code/s
  • 5. Shop F-F.com and enter your Boost token code/s at checkout

Every £5 worth of Clubcard vouchers can be ‘Boosted’ into a £10 Boost token code. Qualifying £10 off when you spend £10 or more in one transaction with F&F online. Clubcard Boost can be used in conjunction with other offers. Always enter any promotional codes that you have before boost ecoupon codes at the online checkout. You will then have an accurate basket value, for you to enter the correct amount of boost tokens. Enter Boost token code at online checkout. Excludes delivery charges that may apply. Your Clubcard Vouchers can be Boosted until 23:59 GMT Sunday 21st December and your F&F Boost token code/s must be used by 23:59 GMT Wednesday 24th December. Redeemable only once.   • My Clubcard Boost code is not working, what should I do?
  • A:
  • Firstly, please check that the eCoupon you are using is a Clubcard Boost Token and not a standard Clubcard voucher, and that it is for use online at F&F. The code may also not work if you copy and paste it, so please try typing it in exactly as it is shown on the eCoupon. The F&F Boost token will begin with CCB followed by a mixture of numbers and letters.

    Please note that your order value should be at least the value of the Boost Tokens (after any discounts have been applied and excluding delivery charges), otherwise the code will not work.

  • No, as with all promotions, delivery is extra.

  • Can I use these Tokens for my Uniform Embroidery service clothing?

  • Yes, you can use your Clubcard Boost Tokens with the Uniform Embroidery service.
  • Q:
  • If I boost my Clubcard vouchers for Clubcard Boost tokens to spend online at F&F, how long will they be valid for?

  • Clubcard vouchers can be 'Boosted' for Clubcard Boost tokens between; 09:00 GMT Monday 27th October and 23:59 GMT Sunday 21st December. Boost Tokens must be used by 23:59 GMT Wednesday 24th December.
  • Q:
  • I boosted the wrong type of voucher, what can be done?
  • A:
  • We are sorry, but unfortunately once a voucher has been boosted this cannot be changed. Please spend your voucher in the chosen area by 23:59 GMT Wednesday 24th December before it expires.

  • I forgot to enter my Tokens and want to cancel my order
  • A:
  • Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your order once payment has been taken. However, you can place a new order using the unused Boost codes by 23:59 GMT Wednesday 24th December and return the original order for a refund if you wish to.
  • Q:
  • My order has gone missing, what are my options?
  • A:
  • We apologise for this inconvenience. Please call us on 0800 323 4070 and provide customer services with your order number, so they can then try to locate your parcel for you. Alternatively, you can track your order online via your account.
  • Q:
  • I boosted my original Clubcard voucher for a Clubcard Boost token, but the promotion ended before I used it. Can I still use it against purchases now?

  • Clubcard Boost token for F&F online clothing must be used by 23:59 GMT Wednesday 24th December.
  • Q:
  • Item(s) I ordered using a Clubcard Boost Token are missing/lost from my order. How can I ensure I receive them?

  • If this has happened, we will provide you with a replacement where possible for the items that did not arrive. If the item(s) are out of stock, please refer to the FAQs about what happens if an item is out of stock.
