Every £5 worth of CLUBCARD vouchers can be ‘boosted’ into a £10 ONLINE CLOTHING e-coupon. Qualifying £10 off when you spend £10 or more in one transaction with F&F online.   • My Clubcard Boost code is not working, what should I do?
  • A:
  • Firstly, please check that the eCoupon you are using is a Clubcard Boost eCoupon and not a blue Clubcard voucher, and that it is for use online at Clothing at Tesco. The code may also not work if you copy and paste it, so please try typing it in exactly as it is shown on the eCoupon. The code will begin with BCE followed by a mixture of numbers and letters.

    Please note that your order value should be at least the value of the eCoupons (after any discounts have been applied and excluding delivery charges), otherwise the code will not work.

  • As with all promotions, delivery is extra.

  • Can I use these eCoupons for my Uniform Embroidery service clothing?

  • Yes, you can use your Clubcard Boost eCoupons with the Uniform Embroidery service.

  • If I boost my Clubcard vouchers for Clubcard Boost eCoupons to spend online at Clothing at Tesco, how long will they be valid for?
  • A:
  • Clubcard Boost eCoupons are valid for 6 months.
  • Q:
  • The item I purchased using my Clubcard Boost eCoupon code is out of stock, what happens now?
  • A:
  • In the event of an item you've ordered using your Clubcard Boost eCoupons being out of stock, we will refund your order. For example:
    • A customer boosts £5 into a £10 eCoupon to spend on Clothing at Tesco.
    • They then make an order for £25. £10 is from the eCoupon and they pay the additional £15. Should the item be out of stock, we will refund the full value of the order as store credit to your online account (i.e. £25).
    • Should the order include more than one item, and there is part payment using eCoupons and one of the items is out of stock, a different process will occur. For example: A customer buys five items at £5 each. £15 is paid using their debit card and the remaining £10 is paid using the £10 eCoupon.
    • Should one item be out of stock, the customer will be refunded the full value of the £5 item in store credit.
    • Should three items be out of stock, the customer will be refunded the full value of each out of stock item in store credit. 3 x £5 = £15
    • However, if all five items are out of stock, the customer will be credited with the full value of the order (i.e. £25) as store credit to use online on an alternate purchase. If the customer would prefer a monetary refund, the total refund value would be £20 (£15 for the monetary amount paid on their credit card and the £5 value of the blue Clubcard voucher).

  • I boosted the wrong type of voucher, what can be done?
  • A:
  • We are sorry, but unfortunately once a voucher has been boosted this cannot be changed. Please spend your voucher within 6 months before it expires.

  • I forgot to enter my eCoupon code and want to cancel my order
  • A:
  • Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your order once payment has been taken. However, you can place a new order and return the original order for a refund if you wish to.
  • Q:
  • My order has gone missing, what are my options?
  • A:
  • We apologise for this inconvenience. Please call us on 0800 323 4070 and provide customer services with your order number, so they can then try to locate your parcel for you. Alternatively, you can track your order online via your account.
  • Q:
  • I boosted my original Clubcard voucher for a Clubcard Boost eCoupon, but the promotion ended before I used it. Can I still use it against purchases now?
  • A:
  • Unfortunately not. The Clubcard Boost eCoupons must be used within 6 months. The exact date that your eCoupon is valid until will be detailed in the email you were sent containing your eCoupon.

  • Item(s) I ordered using a Clubcard Boost eCoupon are missing/lost from my order. How can I ensure I receive them?

  • If this has happened, we will provide you with a free replacement where possible for the items that did not arrive. If the item(s) are out of stock, please refer to the F.A.Q.'s about what happens if an item is out of stock.
