International delivery is no longer available

We are sorry that we can no longer deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom. You can still use an international billing address to place orders for delivery to a UK address, or for UK store collection.

General

When will you end your International Delivery service?

The last date you can place an international order is the 1st February. From the 2nd February, we will only be delivering to the UK.

Why are you no longer offering International Delivery?

After looking carefully at our delivery services, we have taken the decision to end International Delivery on the F&F website. It was not sustainable to continue with International Delivery while offering the level of service that you expect.

Will my international addresses remain in my address book?

Yes, but you will not be able to select a non-UK address as your delivery address during checkout.

Registration

Will I have to re-register on the website?

No, you can still sign into the website as usual, and you can continue to use your international billing address.

Delivery

Where can I have my F&F order delivered if I order after the cut-off date?

You can have your order delivered to a UK address, or to a UK Tesco store for collection.

I have an e-coupon code that I forgot to use before the cut-off date. Will I still be able to use this?

Yes, as long as the code is in date and your order meets the e-coupon terms and conditions, you should be able to use this. You won’t, however, be able to choose International Delivery from 2nd February onwards.

I placed an order before your International Delivery service ended. Will this be delivered as normal?

Yes, any orders placed on or before 1st February 2016 will be processed and despatched as normal and despatched within a few days. You will receive the despatch confirmation email as usual and there will be a tracking link in the email.

If there are any cancellations you will receive a cancellation email for the cancelled items and a despatch confirmation email for shipped items (if there were more items on order) as usual.

Will I still be able to use an international billing address?

Yes, you can continue to use an international billing address, but delivery is to UK addresses only.

Will I still be able to track my order on the website?

Yes, if you have registered with our UK site you will still be able to view the progress of your order in ‘My Account’, where you will also find a link to our courier website. We will contact you by email when there is an update to your order.

Returns

Can I still return my international order?

Yes, our returns portal will still be available so that you can return items within 28 days as normal, or you can return your item by an alternative postal service.

It is over 28 days since I received my order and I would like to return it. What should I do?

Service

Can I earn Clubcard points on the website?

Customers in the UK and Ireland will be able to collect Clubcard points when they shop at F&F online.

Can I still access my online account?

Yes, your account will remain the same; however, you will not be able to select delivery to an international address.
