Free UK Returns – Extended Dates for Christmas

We're extending our normal returns policy over Christmas.

Any gifts you buy between 1 November and 24 December 2012 can be returned free of charge in the UK until 31 January 2013.

Click & Collect free to over 850 stores

Perfect if you don't want to wait in for a delivery!

Order online before 3pm (Sunday to Friday) and collect from your chosen store from 4pm the next day. Order on a Saturday before 3pm and your item will be ready for collection from 4pm on Monday. We're sorry, but deliveries to stores in Northern Ireland and some outlying areas may take longer.

To collect your order, just bring your order confirmation and photo ID with you. Your order will be available for collection from your chosen store for 14 days. The Click & Collect service is not available for Uniform Embroidery.

Free standard delivery when you spend £50 or more

Standard UK delivery is £3.95 or free when you spend £50 or more (after all other promotional discounts have been applied).

Most orders will be delivered in 2-5 days, although some areas may be slightly longer; see here for details.

Next day delivery £5.00

For when you don't want to wait! Order before 3pm (Sunday to Friday) and we'll do our best to deliver it the next day. Saturday orders should be delivered any time on Monday. We're sorry but we're unable to offer a next day delivery service for our stores in Northern Ireland and some other outlying UK postcodes. We're sorry but we can't deliver on Bank Holidays.

If you pick next day delivery we'll send you a text message to confirm the delivery day. If the day doesn't suit you, pick another day from the list we give you. Text back to let us know and we'll deliver it when you want.

International delivery

Customers in over 20 international destinations can now order and buy clothing online; for full details including shipping costs, delivery times and to see the latest delivery destinations, see our International Delivery information.

Last order dates before Christmas

To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please take note of the following last order dates for both UK and International destinations.

For UK customers:

*UK Standard Delivery includes England, Wales, Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.

^UK Next Day Delivery includes England, Wales and Scotland. For customers in the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland the service is 48-hour Express Delivery and the last order date for these areas is Thursday 20th December if ordered by 3pm.

Unfortunately we are not delivering to store or by post on:

Christmas Day – 25th December 2012
Boxing Day – 26th December 2012
New Years Day – 1st January 2013
Bank Holiday (Scotland only) – 2nd January 2013

For International customers:

Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee delivery before Christmas but will do our very best to deliver your gifts in time.
