F&F delivery and collection
Due to the early May bank holiday, deliveries will not be made on Monday 2nd May.
If you order on Saturday, Sunday or by 3pm on Monday and choose Click+Collect or Next Day Delivery, your order will be delivered on Tuesday 3rd May. Click+Collect orders will be available for collection from 4pm.
International delivery is no longer available
We are sorry that we can no longer deliver to addresses outside the United Kingdom. You can still use an international billing address to place orders for delivery to a UK address, or for UK store collection.
Here you'll find information about our UK delivery and collection services, including Standard, Next Day and Click+Collect, as well as delivery information for our Uniform Embroidery service and what to do in the case of a delivery delay.
Standard Delivery – £3.95
Standard UK delivery is £3.95 or free when you spend £50 or more (after all other promotional discounts have been applied). Most of the time your order will arrive in two to five days, although some areas may be slightly longer; see here for details
Next Day Delivery – £5.00
Last minute gift or don’t fancy waiting? If you order before 3pm (Sunday to Friday), we'll do our best to deliver it to you on the next day. Saturday orders should be delivered any time on Monday.
We're sorry but we're unable to offer a Next Day delivery service for our stores in Northern Ireland and some other outlying UK postcodes. We're also unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.
We will send you a text message to confirm the delivery day once you have placed your UK Next Day delivery order.
What if I'm not in to receive my home delivery?
Our couriers will try to deliver your parcel to you at your door. If you'd like us to leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a secure place, just let us know when you place your order by leaving a comment in the box at the bottom of your order summary page. We'll make sure we drop a card through the door to let you know where we've left your parcel.
If you're not in when we arrive with your delivery, we'll leave a card to tell you we've called. We will normally try to deliver again the next working day. If this isn't convenient for you, just call the number on the card and we'll arrange an alternative day to deliver your order.
Once we have despatched or delivered your parcel we will automatically update your order status on your F&F account. To check your order status or track its delivery progress, go to 'My account' and click on 'My order history'.
Is there anywhere you don’t deliver to in the UK?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes and BFPO addresses. We may also restrict other postcodes at our discretion, but we will always advise you of this before your purchase.
Our UK Standard and UK Next Day delivery options are available to all UK postcodes with the exception of those listed below. For these areas, Standard Delivery may take longer than usual and our Next Day service is not currently available.

What is Click+Collect?
It's our free service that allows you to buy clothing online and pick it up in a participating store. This service is available for all items except uniform embroidery.
How soon will my order be ready for collection?
If you order online before 3pm Sunday to Friday, your order will be ready to collect in store from 4pm the next day. Orders placed before 3pm on a Saturday will be available for collection from 4pm on Monday. Some exceptions apply, for example deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and UK Islands will take longer. See our store search below for more details. We will, of course, always text you when your order is ready to collect.

Which stores can I collect my order from?
Click+Collect is currently available from over 1000 stores, and we hope to introduce the service to more in the near future.
Use the search box to find your nearest Click+Collect stores where you can collect your order for free.
What do I need to bring when I come to collect my order?
Please bring a form of ID and your confirmation email with you.
Where will I find my order in store?
Your order will be delivered to the designated Collection Point in store.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
We will hold your order for collection at your chosen store for 14 days, so you can collect it at a time that suits you. Don’t leave it too long, though, as after 14 days we will automatically return the order to our warehouse and process a refund.
Other delivery services
Our embroidered items are embroidered to order, so we deliver them separately from non–embroidered items to keep things simple.
Embroidered products may take up to 14 days to arrive, but delivery is just £2 – and if you spend over £15 on embroidered items we'll deliver your order for free.
Please note that Click+Collect delivery to store is not available for school uniform embroidery items. If you use Click+Collect for non–embroidered items in a basket with embroidered items, you'll still incur the £2 uniform embroidery delivery charge – or spend £15 on embroidered product to take advantage of free delivery.
We always aim to deliver your order to your address or store on your chosen day. Unfortunately, there are times when an unavoidable situation means this can't happen. We promise we'll always attempt to contact you to let you know if there's a problem.
