How can I place an order for international delivery?
When you visit Clothing at Tesco click on the link near the top of the page 'Sign in | Register'. You'll be prompted to enter and confirm your email address and asked to give information about your postcode. Select the 'ordering from outside of the UK' option and follow the instructions to complete the form.
Are any items excluded from international delivery?
Yes, there are some branded items as well as embroidered schoolwear that cannot be sold to customers outside of the UK, these will be indicated on the product description information with this logo:
Can I change or cancel my international order?
Unfortunately you cannot amend an order once it has been confirmed or cancel an order after the checkout stage.
How do I return my international order?
You have 28 days from receipt of the order, to return any unwanted or unsuitable items to us for a refund. Simply complete the returns section on the form that was sent with your items, include this within the returns parcel and use the peelable returns address label to send the items back to us. We may not be able to process your return without the returns form enclosed, so please don’t forget to put this in. Click here for more information on how to return an item from outside of the UK.
Can I return an international order to a store outside of the UK?
No, unfortunately you cannot return an order to a store outside of the UK, you will need to post the items back to us in the UK using the returns label on your order summary form.
Can I contact someone about my international order?
Of course. If you can't find the answer to your query on our help page, please feel free to contact Clothing at Tesco Customer Services. Please note though, that the team is English-speaking and can currently only respond to emails in English.

Whether you've changed your mind or something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from the day you receive your order, to return any items to us for a refund.
How do I return?
Step 1: Fill out the return reason on your order summary that arrived with your items. Please ensure that if your product is damaged or faulty you indicate this clearly with the correct reason code.
Step 2: Repack the item along with the order summary in its original packaging. We need the order summary to process your refund.
Step 3: Unpeel the returns label and stick this over the original address label on the packaging.
Step 4: Securely reseal the original packaging using the remaining adhesive strip. If your box or bag is damaged and cannot be reused please pack your items securely in alternative packaging.
Step 5: Use a postal service to send the items back to us.
We strongly recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of goods you are returning, and that you also obtain proof of postage to avoid any problems.
Unfortunately items CANNOT be returned to any Tesco store outside of the UK and must be returned via a postal service
International Refunds
Depending on the postal service you use, it may take some time for the returned items to arrive with us. Once we receive your returned order, we will inspect the goods within 24 hours and provided we are satisfied with your return, process your refund as quickly as possible. If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, we may also reimburse you the cost of returning the goods (you will need to email us to arrange this).
Please note...
Unless the items are faulty, the goods must be returned to us in the original condition, with all tags and labels still attached. Ensure the items are packaged and protected well for return, as we can’t take responsibility for them until they arrive back to us.
